Please let your coach, captain or another club official know if you’re at risk of anaphylaxis and use an ASCIA (Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy) anaphylaxis action plan.

Injuries
Penrith Cricket Club is part of the Cricket Australia club insurance program. If you’re injured while playing for the Club, this insurance might give you some extra, non-Medicare support.

Mental health & wellbeing
If you’re having a hard time, it’s a very good idea to talk with your GP and get a referral to a local psychologist or counsellor. Your GP can give you a mental health treatment plan, which allows you to get Medicare rebates for up to 10 mental health sessions from psychologists, social workers and occupational therapists each calendar year.

Look out for information about mental health and wellbeing activities hosted by Penrith Cricket Club. For example, the Club regularly engages in Men’s Walk and Talk groups. It has also supported an online cricket mental fitness program for women.
